About the Role

/n

The role involves supporting the planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers, ensuring effective project delivery and performance management.

/n

Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Project Execution & Coordination

/n

- Support planning and execution of transformation initiatives across multiple finance towers (O2C, P2P, R2R) and MDM

/n

- Manage project tracking, timelines, milestones, and status reporting

/n

- Coordinate activities across cross-functional teams, GPOs, and stakeholders

/n

- Act as a secondary coordination point to ensure smooth project delivery

/n

- Data Analysis & Performance Management

/n

- Perform data analysis with PBI dashboards and excel report out to identify improvement opportunities and validate business cases

/n

- Track and report advantages (through DYKs), including productivity gains, working capital improvements, and efficiency metrics

/n

- Develop dashboards and reports with the support of Data reporting office (DRO) for performance monitoring and decision-making

/n

- Process Optimization & Documentation

/n

- Document current (as-is) and future state (to-be) processes across F&A; towers

/n

- Identify inefficiencies, control gaps,



and non-value-added activities

/n

- Support standardization, harmonization, and adoption of best practices

/n

- Digital & Transformation Enablement

/n

- Support implementation of transformation tools along with tech team (e.g., Coupa, Black Line, Credica, automation solutions)

/n

- Assist in testing, user training, and change management activities

/n

- Identify opportunities for automation, RPA, and AI-led improvements

/n

/n

Qualifications

/n

Relevant educational background in finance, business administration, or a related field.

/n

Required Skills

/n

/n

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

/n

- Proficiency in data analysis tools such as PBI and Excel

/n

- Excellent communication and coordination abilities

/n

- Experience with transformation tools and automation solutions

/n

- Familiarity with finance processes and best practices

/n
