The Souled Store is a homegrown youth casual-wear brand started in 2013. We are one

of India’s largest online merchandising platforms with licenses like Disney, Warner Bros.,

WWE, IPL, Viacom18 to name a few. Apart from selling products with themed designs

such as superheroes, movies, TV shows, and cartoons, the brand is also at the forefront

of the latest youth style and fashion trends.

In addition to our core men’s and women’s apparel categories, we have expanded into

new categories and introduced recent product lines within existing ones, including

activewear, personal care products such as perfumes, footwear, and backpacks.

Although we are primarily an online brand, we have also expanded into offline retail and

currently operate 60+ stores, with further pan-India expansion underway.

Role Summary

As an Associate/Assistant Manager – Retail Projects, you will support the execution of retail store

development projects from planning through store launch. You will work closely with

architects, designers, contractors, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure

smooth on-ground execution, timely completion,



and adherence to The Souled Store’s

design, quality, and brand standards.

Roles & Responsibilities

Retail Project Execution

- Support the execution of retail store projects from initial planning to store launch.
- Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders for day-to-day

project activities.

- Assist in ensuring project activities are completed as per agreed timelines and

execution standards.

- Proficient in Excel, Power point and Microsoft suite
- Track project progress and highlight delays or execution-related issues to the

project team.

Design, Planning & On-Ground Execution

- Coordinate with architects and designers during store execution.
- Review and follow approved layouts, drawings, BOQs, materials, and execution

plans.

- Conduct regular site visits to monitor execution and ensure work is progressing

as per approved designs.

- Assist in coordinating activities related to civil, carpentry, electrical, fixtures,

signage, painting, and other store requirements.

- Ensure attention to detail and adherence to brand standards during execution.

Vendor & Stakeholder Coordination

- Coordinate with contractors, vendors, consultants, and internal teams for

project requirements.

- Follow up with vendors on timelines, materials, manpower,



and pending activities.
- Maintain regular communication with stakeholders to ensure smooth project

execution.

- Support the team in resolving day-to-day site and execution challenges.

Quality, Tracking & Documentation

- Assist in quality checks and ensure execution meets required standards.
- Maintain project trackers, progress reports, site photographs, and other

project documentation.

- Track pending activities and assist in closure of punch-list items before store

handover.

- Support the implementation of project processes, SOPs, and tracking mechanisms.

Qualifications & Skills

- 2 – 6 years of experience in Retail Projects, Store Design, Interior Fit-

outs, Construction, or Project Execution.

- Freshers with relevant internship/project experience may also be considered.
- Basic understanding of retail store execution and interior fit-outs.
- Ability to read and understand basic layouts and technical drawings.
- Good coordination, communication, and follow-up skills.
- Strong attention to detail and execution orientation.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel and project tracking tools.
- Ability to coordinate with vendors, contractors, and cross-functional teams.
- Willingness to travel to project sites as required.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple

activities simultaneously.

- Prior experience in fashion, lifestyle, QSR, or retail projects will be an added

advantage.
