We are looking for an Interior Architect with 2–4 years of experience who is passionate about design, detail, and execution. If you have a strong architectural foundation and enjoy taking projects from concept to completion, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Do

/n

/n

- Develop design concepts, layouts, mood boards, and presentations.

/n

- Prepare detailed working drawings and construction documentation.

/n

- Coordinate with CAD, 3D visualization, consultants, vendors, and project teams.

/n

- Prepare BOQs and assist with material and product specifications.

/n

- Conduct site visits and ensure design intent is executed accurately.

/n

- Resolve site challenges while maintaining design quality.

/n

- Participate in client presentations and design discussions.

/n

- Stay updated with emerging materials, design trends, and industry best practices.

What We're Looking For

/n

/n

- Bachelor of Architecture (B. Arch) is mandatory.

/n

- 2–4 years of experience in luxury residential, hospitality, workplace, or commercial interior projects.

/n

- Strong understanding of spatial planning, architectural detailing, and construction documentation.

/n

- Experience in site coordination and vendor management.

/n

- Excellent communication and presentation skills.

/n

- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced workplace.

/n

Software Skills

/n

- AutoCAD

/n

- Sketch Up

/n

- Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign)

/n

- Microsoft Office

/n

/n

Revit proficiency will be considered an added advantage.
