Job Role: Sales Manager (Medical Devices)

Experience: 3+ Years

Location: Coimbatore, TN

Work mode: On site (6 Days)

Key Responsibilities

- Drive complete sales cycle and revenue growth for medical device products across the PAN India.
- Develop and maintain solid relationships with hospitals, physicians, surgeons, and healthcare professionals.
- Manage key hospital accounts and identify new business opportunities.
- Promote products through customer meetings, product demonstrations, and clinical discussions.
- Work closely with Cath Labs, Operating Rooms, and Interventional Radiology teams .
- Support physician training, product demonstrations, and clinical product evaluations.
- Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to order closure.
- Develop territory plans and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
- Track sales performance, customer activities, and business opportunities using CRM tools.
- Working experience with institutional sales (private & govt.) , government tenders ,



and key account management is required.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure effective customer support and product delivery.
- Travel extensively across the assigned territory and support wider business requirements when required.

Required Skills & Experience

- 3+ years of experience in Medical Device Sales / Med Tech Sales .
- Strong experience in hospital sales and territory management.
- Experience selling medical devices in one or more of the following areas: Neurovascular, Endovascular, Interventional Radiology, Cardiology, Vascular Surgery.
- Have good Network base with Doctors, Surgeons, Cath Lab, and Interventional Radiologist, Cardiologist, etc.
- Strong business development and customer relationship management skills.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, and interpersonal skills .
- Should be able to travel extensively.
