We’re not looking for the perfect resume.

We’re looking for someone who says, “I’ll figure it out,” even when they have no idea how yet.

At OffSyllabus, we believe real growth happens when you’re thrown into something new and have to figure things out as you go. That’s exactly what this internship is about.

There’s no fixed job description. You’ll work on real things — content, campaigns, community, events, on-ground projects, and whatever else needs to be done. You’ll learn how to use AI tools, tell better stories, pitch ideas, get comfortable on camera, talk to strangers, and solve problems you’ve never faced before.

You won’t be expected to know everything on day one. What matters is that you’re willing to learn, experiment, make mistakes, and try again.

What You’ll Work On

- Content creation, editing, research and storytelling
- Using AI tools for ideation, research, content and project execution
- Social media planning, publishing and community engagement
- Building and nurturing student communities
- Campaigns, events and experimental projects
- On-ground initiatives and real-world projects
- Pitching ideas and turning them into execution
- Collaborating with the team and taking ownership of assigned work
- Learning new skills whenever a project demands them

Who We’re Looking For

This is for students who are curious, ambitious, proactive, and don’t like sitting on the sidelines.





You’ll fit well if:

- You learn something new because a project requires it.
- You enjoy building things instead of only studying them.
- You’re comfortable experimenting and trying things that are unfamiliar.
- You can take feedback, adapt and improve.
- You’re willing to take ownership rather than waiting for instructions.
- You want to build a portfolio of real work , not just collect certificates.
- You’re interested in content, AI, social media, communities, campaigns, events or related areas.
- You can commit approximately 15–20 hours per week for 3 months .
- You’re comfortable working in a hybrid environment in Pune .

You do not need to have everything figured out on day one. We care more about curiosity, initiative and your willingness to learn than a perfect resume.
