Aspire Immigration Services Inc. is a Canadian immigration and education consultancy based in Surrey, BC with offices in Toronto, Edmonton and Chandigarh. We help students secure admission to colleges and universities across Canada and guide them through the full study-permit journey.

About the role

We're looking for a detail-oriented Admissions Coordinator to own the admissions file from application through to LOA and PAL. You'll work from home in India on hours aligned to Canadian business time, coordinating directly with our Canadian team and partner institutions.

What you'll do

Prepare and submit admission applications to Canadian colleges and universities on behalf of clients
Track every application through to decision and keep clients updated on status
Resolve pendencies and document requests raised by institutions, collecting what's missing from clients
Once an offer letter is issued, walk the client through paying the initial tuition deposit so the LOA, PAL, and fee receipt can be released
Liaise daily with Aspire's Canadian admissions counsellors, institution representatives, and internal case processors
Maintain accurate records of application stages, deadlines, and deposits

What we're looking for
13 years in overseas education, study-visa,



or admissions coordination (Canada experience strongly preferred)
Working knowledge of Canadian admissions documents: LOA, PAL/TAL, fee receipts, DLI application portals
Excellent written and spoken English; confident on calls with clients and institution staff
Strong follow-up discipline you chase items until they're closed
Reliable home internet, quiet workspace, and availability during Canadian hours
Comfortable with CRM systems, application portals, and spreadsheets

Nice to have

Punjabi or Hindi fluency
Prior work with a Canadian immigration or education consultancy
