Job Description :Key Responsibilities :- Design, develop, and deploy GenAI-powered applications and solutions.- Build and optimize solutions using Large Language Models (LLMs) such as GPT, Llama, Gemini, Claude, etc.- Develop AI applications leveraging Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), prompt engineering, vector databases, and AI agents.- Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise applications and business workflows.- Collaborate with business stakeholders to identify and implement AI use cases.- Ensure scalability, security, performance, and governance of AI solutions.- Mentor development teams and contribute to AI strategy and best practices.Required Skills :- 12 - 18 years of overall IT experience with 2 - 3 years of hands-on GenAI experience.- Robust experience in Python programming.- Hands-on experience with LLMs, LangChain, LlamaIndex, AI Agents,



and Prompt Engineering.- Experience with RAG architecture and Vector Databases (FAISS, Pinecone, ChromaDB, Azure AI Search, etc.).- Knowledge of Azure OpenAI, Azure AI Services, or similar cloud-based AI platforms.- Experience in REST APIs, microservices, and enterprise integrations.- Understanding of ML/AI concepts, MLOps, and model deployment.Preferred Skills :- Experience with Azure Cloud services.- Knowledge of Responsible AI and AI governance frameworks.- Exposure to chatbot, copilots, document intelligence, and automation solutions.- Strong stakeholder management and solution design skills.
