The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience in developing and supporting Customer Communication Management (CCM) solutions using the Smart Communications (SmartCOMM) platform.Key Responsibilities:- Design, develop, and maintain SmartCOMM templates and document generation solutions.- Configure and customize customer communications such as letters, statements, invoices, and notices.- Work closely with business and technical teams to understand requirements and deliver effective solutions.- Perform unit testing, troubleshooting, bug fixing,



and production support.- Participate in deployment activities and ensure smooth implementation of SmartCOMM solutions.- Prepare technical documentation and follow development best practices.Required Skills:- 7 - 13 years of experience in SmartCOMM development.- Hands-on experience with SmartCOMM Designer, SmartCOMM Interactive, and SmartCOMM Batch.- Strong knowledge of XML, XSLT, XPath, HTML, and CSS.- Experience with Customer Communication Management (CCM) and document composition.- Positive understanding of REST APIs, SQL/Databases, and system integrations.- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.- Good communication and collaboration skills.Preferred Qualifications:- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, MCA, or an equivalent qualification.- Experience working in Banking, Insurance, Healthcare, or other enterprise environments will be an added advantage.
