About the Company:

Talentarc HR Solutions is seeking an experienced Bluetooth Developer for an automotive technology program focused on connected infotainment and wireless communication. The role offers the opportunity to work on production-grade Android and Linux Bluetooth solutions used in sophisticated automotive environments.

Responsibilities:

- Design, develop, integrate, and maintain Bluetooth stack components for Android and Linux platforms.
- Implement and troubleshoot Bluetooth profiles including A2DP, AVRCP, HFP, PBAP, MAP, HID, PAN, SPP, and BLE.
- Investigate connectivity, pairing, audio, performance, interoperability, and stability issues in automotive infotainment systems.
- Analyze HCI logs and use QXDM and related debugging techniques to identify root causes.
- Work on Bluetooth audio behavior and Bluetooth/Wi-Fi coexistence debugging across development and validation phases.




- Collaborate with system, middleware, firmware, QA, and customer-facing engineering teams to deliver reliable releases.

Requirements:

- 3–10 years of relevant qualified experience in Bluetooth stack or wireless systems development.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Android/Linux Bluetooth stack development and automotive infotainment systems.
- Solid programming skills in C/C++ and Java, with familiarity with Fluoride and/or BlueZ.
- Practical knowledge of Bluetooth profiles, BLE, HCI logs, QXDM, Bluetooth audio, and BT/Wi-Fi coexistence.
- Strong debugging, analytical, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
- Immediate joiners will be preferred.

Compensation: ₹3,00,000–₹25,00,000 annual CTC. This is a full time, on-site opportunity based in Chennai.
