Engineer and enhance backend data models,



including the design and maintenance of logical and physical data models to improve scalability, performance, and data integrity.Develop, optimize, and support database objects including stored procedures, views, functions, and database jobs, while performing data analysis, profiling, validation, and root cause investigations to ensure the accuracy and reliability of business-critical data assets. Build, support, and optimize ETL/ELT processes using Qlik Replicate (Attunity) and related integration technologies, while leading data migration and modernization initiatives involving Oracle, PostgreSQL, AWS, and Snowflake platforms.Support batch processes that synchronize and update critical dealer and enterprise data sources, and work closely with business stakeholders, analysts, and application teams to translate business requirements and user stories into scalable data engineering solutions. Collaborate as part of an Agile team through sprint planning, backlog refinement, estimation, testing, and production deployment activities, while identifying dependencies, risks, and integration points across enterprise applications and data platforms.Provide production support, troubleshoot data-related issues, implement enhancements, and take ownership of deliverables by providing accurate estimates and delivering high-quality solutions with minimal supervision.Benefit packages for this role will start on the 31st day of employment and include medical, dental, and vision insurance, as well as HSA, FSA, and DCFSA account options, and 401k retirement account access with employer matching.
