You'll review portfolios, client projects, and design samples to identify whether a designer meets skilled-quality standards in creativity, execution, originality, and attention to detail.You should be able to quickly understand whether a design is visually strong, commercially relevant, technically sound, and appropriate for the client's industry.What you'll evaluate:Logo Design & Brand IdentityBrand Style Guides, Typography, and StationeryWebsite, Landing Page, App, and UX/UI DesignIllustration, AI Art, Character Design, and StoryboardsPrint Design: Brochures, Packaging, Labels, Posters, Catalogues, and MenusPresentation, Infographic, Resume, and Vector DesignSocial Media, Email, Web Banner, and Signage DesignBook Covers, Layouts, and eBook DesignFashion, Merchandise, Architecture, and 3D DesignWhat you'll be responsible for:Reviewing portfolios and linked projects for quality, originality, and authenticityAssessing visual hierarchy, typography, composition, colour, branding, and executionEvaluating whether designers can work across relevant industries, audiences,
