Timings: Monday to Friday (7 PM to 3.30 AM) Night shift
Experience: 0–3 Years
Responsibilities:
- Market and place IT consultants on bench with US staffing vendors/clients
- Build and maintain relationships with vendors and recruiters.
- Submit resumes, follow up on interviews, and negotiate rates.
- Maintain consultant and vendor databases.
- Use LinkedIn, Dice, job boards, and email marketing to generate opportunities.
Requirements:
- 0–3 years of US IT Bench Sales experience preferred.
- Knowledge of US IT staffing, work authorizations, and C2C hiring.
- Solid communication, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
- Existing US vendor contacts/network is a plus.
- Willingness to work in US shifts.
- Graduation is a must.
