We're looking for candidates with:
3–6 years of experience in Sales, Renewals, Retention, Customer Success, or Inside Sales1–2 years of team handling experienceStrong track record of achieving revenue and conversion targetsExcellent coaching, performance management, and stakeholder management skillsEdTech or high-growth B2C sales experience is preferredWillingness to work from the Bangalore office
Compensation:Fixed CTC: Up to
₹10 LPAPerformance Variable: Up to
₹4 LPATotal Compensation: Up to
₹14 LPA
