Job description3–5 years of experience designing digital products, ideally in a product-led environment.A portfolio that demonstrates strong UI craft, not just process or wireframes.Excellent visual judgement across typography, spacing, layout, colour, hierarchy andinteraction states.Good understanding of design systems — including variables, tokens, components, variantsand reusable patterns.Ability to work independently while collaborating closely with product, engineering,marketing and compliance teams.
Good to haveHands-on experience owning or contributing to a design system.Experience defining variables, tokens or component architecture in a live product.Experience in fintech,
wealth management, investing or another complex domain.Comfort with responsive design and designing for multiple breakpoints.A strong understanding of accessibility and production constraints.Curiosity about AI-native products and new interaction patterns.
