We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can independently manage technical hiring while also supporting essential HR operations.Job SummaryThis is a recruitment-focused HR role where the primary responsibility will be hiring top talent for technical and non-technical positions such as Developers, SEO Managers, Social Media Managers, Tele Sales Specialists, and other business requirements.The candidate will also support employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and basic HR compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManageend-to-end recruitmentfor IT and non-IT positions.Partner with technical leads and department heads to understand hiring requirements.Source candidates throughNaukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, agencies, and other channels .Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.Build and maintain a strongcandidate pipelineand track recruitment metrics.Support employeeonboarding, documentation,



and induction .Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team formonthly payroll-related activities .Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.Handle basic employee HR queries and provide necessary support.Assist in implementing and maintainingHR policies and procedures .Maintain awareness of applicableIndian labour laws and statutory HR requirements .Prepare and maintain HR and recruitment reports.Support employee engagement and other day-to-day HR activities as required.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree inHR, Business Administration, or a related field .4–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition .Strong knowledge oftechnical sourcing, job portals, and recruitment strategies .Good understanding ofIT roles, technologies, and technical terminology .ExcellentEnglish communication and interpersonal skills .Stronglogical, analytical, and decision-making skills .Knowledge ofpayroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation .Basic knowledge ofIndian labour laws and statutory compliance .Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.Preferred CandidateStrong sourcing and networking abilities.Proactive and target-oriented approach.Good understanding of bothrecruitment and general HR operations .Ability to work in a fast-paced IT setting.Immediate joiners are preferred.How to ApplySend your resume to [email protected]: Application – Recruitment Specialist – [Your Name]
