ROLE: Brand and Web Designer. Full time, remote, India, UK hours 9am to 6pm, Monday to Friday. Coordinates with the Marketing Lead. Immediate joiner only: we interview on Thursday 24 and Friday 25 September and want the person starting straight after, so the advert must say only candidates able to start immediately should apply.WHAT THEY DO- Build out the PropertyFlow brand identity as a working system: logo usage, colour, typography, iconography, templates for documents, decks, social and email, and the brand guidelines file the whole team works from.- Design the website and landing pages in Figma, and either build them in Webflow or Framer or hand off cleanly to the tech team.- Produce ad creative for Meta, Google and LinkedIn, in variants, and iterate on what the numbers say.- Social templates and thumbnails for the Content and Social Executive; app store assets; basic motion for vertical video.WHAT WE NEED- 4 to 6 years' design experience with at least one full brand identity in the portfolio,



built end to end and live.- Expert in Figma; strong in Illustrator; able to build a landing page themselves.- Evidence of performance creative: an ad test they designed and what won.- Clean British English on any copy in designs.- Able to start immediately.PAY: INR 50,000 to 65,000 a month, on the LinkedIn advert only, not on any public page.
