Develop and execute sales strategies for salon equipment and related products.Manage existing clients and develop long-term business relationships.Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.Conduct product demonstrations and explain equipment features, benefits, usage, and commercial value.Handle enquiries, quotations, negotiations, follow-ups, and order closures.Develop and manage dealer/distributor networks.Identify new market opportunities and potential customers.Monitor competitor products, pricing, and market activities.Coordinate with the installation/service team for smooth product delivery and installation.Maintain sales reports, pipeline, customer data, and regular MIS.Visit salons and clients regularly for business development and relationship management.Lead and guide the sales team to achieve assigned targets.Required Product Knowledge
