Job DescriptionWe are looking for a

fluent English-speaking Telecaller

to join our team in Gurgaon.The candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, speaking with potential clients, understanding their requirements, sharing relevant information and maintaining regular follow-ups.

ResponsibilitiesMake outbound calls to prospective clientsCommunicate with clients professionally over the phoneUnderstand client requirements and provide relevant informationFollow up with leads regularlyMaintain lead and calling recordsCoordinate with the internal team when requiredSupport the team in generating and converting leads





RequirementsFluent spoken English is mandatoryGood Hindi communication skillsClear pronunciation and confident phone communicationGood interpersonal and convincing skillsComfortable making outbound callsBasic computer knowledgeFreshers can apply0 to 1 Year of telecalling/customer service/sales experience preferred
