We operate at the intersection of innovation, research, and business execution, launching bold, founder-led companies from the ground up.About the Role:We’re looking for anHR & Operations Executiveto help run the day-to-day people and office operations at our Lucknow center.You’ll be the go-to person for employees, hiring coordination and everything that keeps the office running smoothly.What you'll work on:Coordinate hiring, interviews, onboarding and employee documentation.Maintain employee records, attendance, leave and HR trackers.Support payroll, employee queries and day-to-day HR processes.Coordinate with the central HR team on policies,



compliance and employee matters.Handle office administration, vendors, supplies and facilities.Coordinate housekeeping, security, maintenance and other office requirements.Organise employee activities, events and internal initiatives.Ensure the Lucknow office is organised, functional and running smoothly every day.Identify operational issues and take ownership of getting them resolved.What we're looking for:1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, operations or a similar role.Positive communication and people skills.Strong organizational and follow-up abilities.Comfortable handling multiple things at once.Someone who takes ownership rather than waiting to be told what to do.Good working knowledge of MS Office / Google Workspace and basic HR tools.Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
