Responsibilities:Compiling and implementing application development plans for recent or existing applications.Leading the application development team and supervising the design, testing, and modification stages.Use analysis skills to immediately resolve issues and perform root cause analysis to identify and prevent recurrence.Collaborating with senior managers to determine business-specific application needs.Demonstrating application prototypes and integrating user feedback.Performing application integration, maintenance, upgrades, and migration.Solution Design: help lead in high level design and technical design discussions based on business requirements.Configuration in the required platform, and debug system issues under steady state or managed services.Experience in Manufacturing/Industrial DomainAnalyze and consult on complex operations issues and present practical solutions via process change or systems requirements.Develop and maintain business requirements, functional specification and test plan for meeting manufacturing requirement.In partnership with development and support team, develop and administer internal processes to help improve the quality of deliverables to our customer.Knowledge of SAP ERP /Agile and touch points with Agile/SAP is a plus manage the identification, resolution and escalation of project risks and issuesPlan and execute project communications ensuring timely and accurate distribution of information, documentation, and issue resolution to all appropriate team membersMitigate Risks, proactively managing identified risks/issues, performs regular risk reviews and maintain the RAID log
