dynamic, target-oriented Relationship Manager
to join our
OEM Channel
and drive motor-insurance business through automobile manufacturers, OEM partners and dealership networks. The role involves building strong partner relationships, generating business opportunities, improving insurance penetration and ensuring seamless execution across the OEM/dealer ecosystem. OEMs, automobile dealerships and key stakeholders .Drive
motor insurance sales and business growth
through the OEM/dealership channel.Identify new business opportunities and expand the OEM/dealer network.Act as the primary point of contact for assigned OEM/dealer partners.Work closely with dealership teams to improve
lead conversion, policy issuance and renewals .Support onboarding and activation of new dealerships/OEM partners.Coordinate with internal
operations, underwriting, claims and support teams
for smooth service delivery.Resolve partner and customer queries promptly and professionally.Conduct regular dealer visits, reviews and performance meetings.Track sales, business pipeline, conversion and partner performance.Prepare regular MIS and business-performance reports.Identify market trends and competitor activity and recommend growth initiatives. in motor insurance, automotive sales, OEM/dealership business, BFSI or B2B sales.Experience working with
automobile dealerships/OEMs
will be an advantage.Solid communication, negotiation and relationship-management skills.Good understanding of
