Requirement:7–10+ years of relevant experience in Operational Excellence, Continuous Improvement, Manufacturing Operations, Process Engineering, or Industrial Engineering.Mandatory experience in steel, metals, heavy manufacturing, power generation, or a closely related industry.Robust hands-on exposure to integrated steel plant operations is highly preferred.

Required Technical Skills:Strong understanding of Lean Six Sigma and DMAIC methodology.Strong knowledge of TPM, OEE, Kaizen, 5S, SPC, FMEA, 8D, RCA, and process capability analysis.Understanding of steel manufacturing processes and metallurgical operations.Understanding of power plant efficiency metrics such as PLF, heat rate, auxiliary consumption,



and thermal efficiency.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Proficiency in Minitab or equivalent statistical analysis software.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI/Tableau.Ability to quantify project benefits and translate operational improvements into financial savings.
