1.Product Testing & Validationa. Coordinate product validation, life testing, safety testing and environmental testing.b. Ensure compliance with applicable BIS, IS standards, regulatory and product- safety requirements.c. Maintain technical specifications, test reports and quality documentation.d. Coordinate with external laboratories for certification and compliance testing.e. Own the end-to-end quality and testing of assigned products, from product development and validation through market launch and post-launch improvement.
2. Quality Improvementa. Identify recurring product-quality issues and develop corrective actions.b. Convert customer complaints into actionable product improvement requirements.c. Implement quality systems and standardization across products and processes.d. Establish monthly failure-rate and defect dashboards.
3. Supplier Coordinationa. Work directly with suppliers on quality issues.b. Conduct inspection of every production lot at the supplier end before dispatchto ensure compliance with approved product specifications and quality standards.c.
Ensure quality improvements are implemented at the supplier end.d. Maintain inspection records and monitor supplier quality trends to identify recurring issues.
