Admissions Counsellor

who can connect with today's urban parents and help them understand why LEAP can be the right learning setting for their child.Key Responsibilities

1. Parent Counselling & Enquiry ManagementHandle enquiries from prospective parents through phone, WhatsApp, walk-ins and digital channels.Understand the family's expectations, concerns and priorities before recommending the school.Conduct personalised campus visits and parent interactions.Clearly communicate LEAP's philosophy, curriculum, teaching approach, facilities and student experience.Address parent concerns with confidence, empathy and factual clarity.2. Admissions ConversionManage the complete admissions journey from enquiry to enrolment.Maintain regular and meaningful follow-ups with prospective families.Build relationships rather than use aggressive sales techniques.Track every enquiry, follow-up, campus visit and admission conversion.Work towards monthly and annual admission targets.3. Urban Parent EngagementUnderstand what progressive urban parents look for in a school—academic outcomes, individual attention, communication, safety, exposure, future readiness and value for money.Be able to explain how LEAP is different from conventional schools without criticising other schools.Communicate the school's strengths in a simple, modern and convincing manner.4. Campus ExperienceEnsure every visiting parent receives a warm, professional and memorable experience.Coordinate campus tours, interaction with academic leaders and admission formalities.Capture parent feedback and communicate recurring concerns to the management team.5.



Market & Community OutreachDevelop relationships with apartment communities, parent groups, corporates and local communities.Participate in school events, open houses, workshops and admission campaigns.Support referral and word-of-mouth initiatives.What We Are Looking For

2–5 years of experience

in school admissions, education counselling, premium sales, customer relationship management or a similar role.Excellent

English communication and interpersonal skills .Strong ability to converse confidently with educated, urban parents.Warm, approachable and persuasive personality.Good listening and counselling skills.Ability to understand a parent's concerns and respond thoughtfully.Comfortable using

WhatsApp, CRM systems, Google Workspace and basic digital tools .Target-oriented, organised and consistent with follow-ups.Experience in a reputed school, international school, preschool, premium education or service industry will be an advantage.The Ideal Candidate We are looking for someone who can move beyond:"Sir/Madam, our school has excellent facilities."and instead have a meaningful conversation like:"Tell me what you are looking for in your child's school.
