Manage day-to-day accounting operationsHandle billing and invoicing independentlyPrepare sales invoices, purchase invoices, credit/debit notes,



and related documentsMaintain customer and vendor accountsManage accounts payable, receivable, and bank reconciliationsPrepare financial reports and MISHandle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliancesCoordinate with auditors, banks, customers, and vendorsSupervise the accounts team and ensure timely completion of tasksMandatory Requirements

Strong knowledge of Billing & Invoicing is a MUSTMinimum 3 + years of relevant experienceGood knowledge of

Tally / ERP and MS ExcelKnowledge of

GST, TDS, and statutory complianceStrong accounting and reconciliation skillsGood communication and team-management skillsAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesAbility to work on-site in Attingal, conduct client visits as required, and collaborate effectively with internal teams is essential.
