Team members work in a dynamic environment that combines technology, security, and education for global clients.Role DescriptionThe Telesales Representative (international shift) is a full-time, on-site role based in the Greater Kolkata Area. The role involves engaging with international prospects and customers over phone and digital channels to promote Ethical Den’s services and solutions. Daily responsibilities include making outbound calls, responding to inbound inquiries, presenting service offerings, and guiding potential clients through the sales process. The individual will maintain accurate records of interactions in CRM tools, follow up on leads,



and collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to achieve targets. The role also includes handling basic customer support questions, sharing product updates, and participating in training sessions to stay current on service features and industry practices.QualificationsStrong Communication skills, including clear verbal and written interactions with international customers.Proven Customer Service and Customer Support abilities to handle inquiries, issues, and follow-ups professionally.Demonstrated Sales skills, including lead conversion, negotiation, and meeting performance targets.Experience in Training or willingness to participate in ongoing training on products, services, and sales techniques.Comfort working in international shifts and collaborating in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.Basic understanding of digital marketing, software, or technology services is an advantage.Proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; a degree in business, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
