Grow revenue.**What You'll Do:*- Generate leads daily for our core services: Brand Consulting, Digital Marketing, Social Media, Performance Ads, Video Production & Website Development- Research and identify potential clients — startups, SMEs, hospitals, schools, real estate, retail brands- Cold calls, LinkedIn outreach, networking, relentless follow-ups- Pitch Zrava's services, conduct client meetings,



prepare proposals and close deals with the Founder- Coordinate with the creative team for smooth onboarding- Maintain sales pipeline and report weekly target vs achievement*Who We Are Looking For:*- 1-3 years in Business Development / Sales in an agency, marketing, advertising or IT services background is a MUST- Proven track record in lead generation and closing — not just relationship management- Excellent communication — you can sell on a call and in person- Street-smart, target-driven, self-motivated- Knows how to use LinkedIn, Instagram, Google, Justdial, IndiaMART to hunt leads- Based in Coimbatore / willing to relocate.
