Finance Controller

to lead financial controllership, accounting, reporting, compliance and audit functions for a fast-growing business. The role requires robust hands-on ownership of financial reporting, month-end closure, statutory compliance, internal controls and finance processes, along with the ability to work closely with senior management and business teams.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn

P&L;, Balance Sheet, Cash Flow and month-end closing .Drive accurate and timely financial reporting and MIS.Ensure compliance with

Ind AS, CARO, ICFR, GST, TDS, Income Tax, ESI, PF and Professional Tax .Manage

Statutory Audit, Internal Audit, Tax Audit and Limited Reviews .Coordinate with auditors, tax advisors and other external stakeholders.Manage accounting controls, reconciliations, provisions and financial governance.Handle tax/statutory matters and litigations.Drive ERP implementation, finance automation and process improvements.Partner with business teams to improve financial discipline,

Chartered Accountant with 7–12 years of relevant experience

and robust expertise in financial accounting and controllership. The ideal candidate should have a strong understanding of

P&L;, Balance Sheet and Cash Flow , along with hands-on experience in month-end closure, audits, statutory compliances, Excel and ERP systems.Experience in

IT/ITES, technology, infrastructure, data centre, cloud or high-growth services

is preferred. Experience handling finance for a

₹100+ Cr services business or ₹200+ Cr goods/business environment

will be an added advantage.The candidate should demonstrate strong ownership, analytical ability and problem-solving skills, with the ability to improve finance processes and deliver measurable business outcomes.
