Job Summary: We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to manage day-to-day accounting operations, ensure accurate financial reporting, and support compliance activities. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in accounting tools and a solid understanding of core accounting principles.

Key Responsibilities:Maintain and update books of accounts using Tally ERP and WinmanHandle day-to-day accounting entries, journal entries, and ledger managementPerform bank, vendor,



and customer reconciliations regularlyPrepare and manage financial reports and MIS using Advanced ExcelEnsure accuracy in accounting records and resolve discrepanciesAssist in month-end and year-end closing processesCoordinate with internal teams and external auditors when requiredMaintain proper documentation and records for all financial transactions

Mandatory Requirements:Proficiency in Tally ERP and WinmanStrong working knowledge of Advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP, etc.)Solid understanding of Accounting BasicsHands-on experience in Reconciliation processes Good to Have:Experience in GST filingKnowledge of TDS filing and compliance Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Accounting, or Finance (B.Com preferred)1–3 years of relevant experience in accounting roles
