Looking to lead high-volume operations where claims, settlements and partner reconciliations need to run with precision?

We’re hiring for an Operations Manager to own the end-to-end operating cycle for purchase-protection programs across e-commerce, shipping and embedded insurance.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR

✔ 5–10 years of hands-on experience in E-commerce, Logistics, Payments, Lending, Insurance or Insurtech Operations

✔ Strong experience in Claims Operations, Settlements, Reconciliation, Payouts or Dispute Management

✔ Proven ownership of recurring, high-volume operational processes from data/enrolment through claims and settlement

✔ Solid Excel/spreadsheet skills with working knowledge of SQL or BI tools

✔ Experience creating and implementing SOPs, TAT metrics,



process improvements and operational dashboards

✔ Strong stakeholder and partner communication skills with excellent numerical and operational discipline

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage enrolment, data feeds and exception handling

• Own claims intake, adjudication, payouts and TAT tracking

• Manage partner & insurer settlements and reconciliations

• Prepare weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports

• Build SOPs and launch checklists for new programs

• Identify process gaps and drive automation with Data/Product

• Manage and guide Operations Analysts

• Conduct program-level deep-dives and improve processes

⭐NICE TO HAVE: RTO/Shipping Protection, Embedded Insurance, Device Protection, Extended Warranty or insurer-side operations experience.
