We’re looking for a Restaurant Manager who can own the day-to-day restaurant experience at The Fresh Factory.

You’ll be responsible for:

- Leading and training the service team
- Owning guest experience and service standards
- Running smooth opening, service and closing operations
- Managing reservations, table turns and peak-hour flow
- Coordinating closely with the kitchen, bar and retail teams
- Handling guest feedback and service recovery
- Maintaining hygiene, grooming and restaurant standards
- Tracking daily sales, covers, average bill value and other operating metrics
