Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding courses, career opportunities, eligibility, fees, and

admission procedures.

- Handle inbound and outbound calls, enquiries, leads, and walk-ins.
- Understand students' interests and recommend suitable design programs.
- Explain INSD courses, curriculum, career opportunities, and admission process effectively.
- Follow up with prospective students through calls, Whats App, and email.
- Maintain regular follow-ups and update lead status in CRM/Excel.
- Achieve monthly admission and conversion targets.
- Coordinate and assist students during the admission and enrolment process.
- Build solid relationships with students and parents.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, follow-ups, and admissions.
- Coordinate with academic, marketing, and centre teams for smooth admissions.
- Participate in counselling sessions, events, seminars, and student engagement activities

when required.

Required Skills

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong counselling, convincing, and negotiation abilities.
- Good command of **English and Hindi**.
