About the Organization:

SmartED Innovation is offering an internship opportunity focused on campus recruitment and campus relations. The role provides exposure to the coordination and execution of recruitment activities involving educational institutions, students, candidates, and other stakeholders. Interns will contribute to building meaningful campus connections while gaining practical experience in recruitment strategy, communication, interview coordination, and stakeholder engagement in a collaborative professional environment.

Roles and Responsibilities:

- Support the planning and execution of campus recruitment initiatives in line with organizational hiring objectives.
- Coordinate with colleges, universities, placement cells, student communities, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Assist in developing and implementing recruitment strategies for campus outreach and candidate engagement.
- Manage communication with candidates and institutional representatives throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate interview schedules, communicate timelines, and help ensure a smooth interview experience.
- Maintain organized records of campus interactions, candidate details, schedules, and recruitment activities.
- Support the coordination of campus drives, virtual sessions, presentations, and other recruitment-related activities.




- Engage with stakeholders to understand requirements, share updates, and facilitate timely follow-ups.
- Assist in identifying opportunities to strengthen campus outreach and improve recruitment coordination.
- Prepare updates and communicate progress related to campus recruitment activities to the relevant team members.

Skills and Qualifications:

- Bring a structured approach to campus hiring initiatives through strong Recruitment Strategy and Coordination skills , helping ensure recruitment activities are planned and executed effectively.
- Use excellent Communication Skills and Stakeholder Engagement abilities to build productive relationships with candidates, institutions, and recruitment partners.
- Demonstrate attention to detail through effective Interview Scheduling , timely follow-ups, and organized coordination across campus recruitment activities.
