- Manage end-to-end logistics: from supplier pickup to final customer delivery
- Handle imports, exports, customs clearance, freight forwarding, and documentation
- Coordinate with CHA, freight forwarders, airlines, and shipping lines
- Ensure compliance with Incoterms (FOB, CIF, DDP, etc.)
- Manage commercial invoices, packing lists, COO, MSDS, BL/AWB
- Track shipments and proactively resolve delays or issues
- Optimize freight costs and transit times
- Maintain logistics SOPs and shipment records
- Need to maintain ECGC procedures
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Logistics or Supply Chain background
- 2 – 4 years of experience in pharma logistics (API/FDF preferred)
- Solid knowledge of customs, DGFT, FDA shipment norms
- Excellent coordination and problem-solving skills
