We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter / Senior Recruiter with strong expertise in IT recruitment and staffing to manage end-to-end hiring activities while developing and maintaining strong client relationships.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in IT recruitment, candidate sourcing, client management, and business development , along with an established network of candidates and active client relationships. The ability to bring in and manage live client requirements is a key requirement for this role.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end IT recruitment and staffing activities across assigned client requirements.
- Understand client job descriptions, hiring priorities, skill requirements, and recruitment timelines.
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing clients and active client accounts .
- Identify new client opportunities and support business development activities.
- Bring in and manage active IT staffing and recruitment requirements.
- Source qualified candidates through LinkedIn, professional networks, job portals, databases, referrals, and other channels .
- Screen candidates based on technical skills, experience, communication, and role suitability.
- Conduct preliminary candidate discussions and assess alignment with client requirements.
- Present relevant candidate profiles to clients and coordinate interview processes.
- Follow up with candidates and clients throughout the recruitment lifecycle.
- Coordinate interviews, feedback, offer discussions, and joining formalities.
- Maintain accurate records of candidate pipelines, client requirements, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate network across IT and technology functions.




- Leverage an established professional network to improve sourcing and hiring turnaround times.
- Identify opportunities to expand existing client accounts and develop new business relationships.
- Ensure timely fulfilment of client requirements while maintaining candidate and client experience.
- Track recruitment performance, open positions, submissions, interviews, and closures.
- Collaborate with internal recruitment and business development teams to achieve hiring and client objectives.

What Makes You a Great Fit

- 3–4 years of experience in IT recruitment, IT staffing, technical recruitment, or a similar function.
- Existing client base or active client relationships is mandatory.
- Proven experience managing IT recruitment requirements from sourcing through closure.
- Strong understanding of IT roles, technical skills, candidate profiles, and recruitment processes.
- Strong LinkedIn network and hands-on experience using LinkedIn for candidate sourcing and client engagement.
- Excellent candidate sourcing, screening, interviewing, and evaluation skills.
- Experience handling multiple client requirements and recruitment mandates simultaneously.
- Robust client relationship-management and business development capabilities.
- Ability to generate, manage, and close new client requirements.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong negotiation, follow-up, and stakeholder-management abilities.
- Ability to build long-term relationships with both clients and candidates.
- Target-oriented and commercially aware approach to recruitment and staffing.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
- Proactive, persistent, and comfortable working in a fast-paced recruitment environment.
- Strong ownership of recruitment delivery, client satisfaction, and business development outcomes.
