We are looking for a Recruitment Specialist who can independently manage technical hiring while also supporting essential HR operations.Job SummaryThis is a recruitment-focused HR role where the primary responsibility will be hiring top talent for technical and non-technical positions such as Developers, SEO Managers, Social Media Managers, Tele Sales Specialists, and other business requirements.The candidate will also support employee onboarding, HR documentation, payroll coordination, attendance, leave management, and basic HR compliance.Key ResponsibilitiesManage end-to-end recruitment for IT and non-IT positions.Partner with technical leads and department heads to understand hiring requirements.Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, agencies, and other channels.Screen CVs, conduct initial interviews, schedule interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.Handle salary discussions, offer rollouts, and joining formalities.Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline and track recruitment metrics.Support employee onboarding, documentation,



and induction.Coordinate with the accounts/payroll team for monthly payroll-related activities.Maintain attendance, leave, and employee records.Handle basic employee HR queries and provide necessary support.Assist in implementing and maintaining HR policies and procedures.Maintain awareness of applicable Indian labour laws and statutory HR requirements.Prepare and maintain HR and recruitment reports.Support employee engagement and other day-to-day HR activities as required.Required Skills & QualificationsBachelor’s or Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.4–5 years of experience in IT Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.Strong knowledge of technical sourcing, job portals, and recruitment strategies.Good understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical terminology.Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.Strong logical, analytical, and decision-making skills.Knowledge of payroll, attendance, leave management, and HR documentation.Basic knowledge of Indian labour laws and statutory compliance.Strong organizational, follow-up, and coordination skills.Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring requirements.Preferred CandidateStrong sourcing and networking abilities.Proactive and target-oriented approach.Good understanding of both recruitment and general HR operations.Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment.Immediate joiners are preferred.How to ApplySend your resume to Subject: Application – Recruitment Specialist – [Your Name]
