and competitor activities in major citiesCompliance :Ensure all regulatory, legal, and compliance requirements are met for new property acquisitionsRequired Skills & Qualifications:Experience in retail expansion, business development, or real estate, preferably with D2C brands, lifestyle brands, or retail chains (fashion, beauty, electronics, F&B;, etc.)Solid network with real estate developers, brokers, and mall operators in key Indian cities.Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.Demonstrated track record of opening multiple stores/branches/offices.Analytical skills to assess market potential and property performance.Proven ability to work independently, drive targets, and handle multiple projects simultaneously.Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Real Estate, or a related field.How to Apply:Please share resume to [email protected]
