Job Title: PMS OperationsExperience: 2-10 YearsJob Location: Mumbai (western line)Job Type: Full TimeCTC - 30-45 K PMLocation will be in western line onlyJob SummaryWe are looking for a PMS Operations Executive with experience in Portfolio Management Services (PMS) / Capital Markets operations. The candidate will be responsible for handling day-to-day PMS operational activities, client transactions, reconciliations, documentation and coordination with internal teams, brokers, custodians and other stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesHandle day-to-day PMS operations and ensure smooth processing of client transactions.Process client onboarding, account opening and documentation as per regulatory and internal requirements.Handle PMS subscriptions, redemptions, transfers and additional investments.Process and verify equity transactions, trade settlements and corporate actions.Coordinate with brokers, custodians, banks and internal teams for transaction and settlement-related activities.Perform bank, demat and portfolio reconciliations and resolve discrepancies.Maintain and update client records, portfolio data and transaction reports.Prepare client statements, transaction reports, portfolio reports and MIS.Ensure proper maintenance of PMS agreements, KYC and investor documentation.Support NAV/portfolio valuation and transaction-related activities.Handle dividend, bonus, split,



rights issue and other corporate action processing.Ensure all operational activities are completed within defined TATs and compliance requirements.Coordinate with the Compliance, Finance, Investment and Client Servicing teams.Assist during internal, concurrent and statutory audits by providing required documents and operational data.Ensure adherence to SEBI PMS regulations and applicable operational guidelines.Required SkillsStrong knowledge of PMS Operations and Capital Markets.Positive understanding of equity market transactions and settlement processes.Knowledge of Demat, NSDL/CDSL, custodial and banking operations.Understanding of KYC, client onboarding and PMS documentation.Knowledge of corporate actions and reconciliations.Good working knowledge of MS Excel.Strong attention to detail and ability to handle transaction-sensitive work.Good communication and coordination skills.EligibilityGraduate in B.Com / BAF / BMS / Finance or related discipline.1–3 years of relevant experience in PMS Operations, Wealth Management Operations, Capital Market Operations or related financial services.Candidates from PMS / Wealth Management / Stock Broking / Capital Market backgrounds preferred.PMS operations experience is strongly preferred.Regards,Neha [email protected] - We kindly request you not to contact us on our office number.
