This is an execution-first role for someone who wants to run a full region personally rather than manage through additional layers.Key responsibilitiesOwn primaryand secondary sales delivery for the entire Tamil Nadu region.Manage and directly coach the field sales team (Sales Officers/ TSIs) acrossall territories in the state.Build and strengthen distributor relationships — coverage, service levels, stockhealth and commercial discipline.Drive productive distribution, outlet throughput, range selling and on-shelf availability.Identify and act on growth opportunities in underdeveloped and new marketswithin the state.Track and review primary/secondary sales,



stock ageing,collections and claimson a regular cadence.Execute trade schemes and activities with transparent commercial rationale and follow-through.Coordinate with Marketing, SupplyChain and Sales Operations to convert plans into marketaction.Candidate profile6–9 years in FMCG field sales,with proven ownership of a full territory or region.Someone with min years’experience as ASMStrong workingknowledge of Tamil Nadu's generaltrade and distributor landscape; fluency in Tamil and working proficiency in English.Hands-on, on-the-ground operator — comfortable being in marketmost of the time ratherthan running the business remotely.Track record of growingdistribution or turningaround a weak territory, not just maintaining an existing one.Graduate degree required.
