The Role: This is not a traditional retail sales position. We are seeking a visionary Sales Executive capable of breaking away from the standard "showroom floor" mindset. Operating entirely via our mobile boutique model, you will act as a personal style concierge, guiding clients through our exclusive pricing tiers—from Signature Elite to The Crown Jewel. Your mission is to sell a high-ticket, highly customized vision before the physical product exists, executing a flawless, uncompromised luxury experience directly in the client's home.

Key Responsibilities:

- Pivot away from traditional store-based selling to lead entirely bespoke, at-home sales consultations and white-glove measurement sessions.
- Effectively communicate the appreciating value of our investment garments, emphasizing our premium materials, custom metal architecture,



and precious gem embellishments.
- Manage an elite suite of post-purchase concierge services, including wardrobe audits, posture consulting, and post-event doorstep garment recovery.
- Build and manage a high-net-worth client portfolio entirely through strategic networking, referrals, and exceptional mobile service, thriving without the reliance on retail foot traffic.
- Prove Yourself: Before you can get this job, you need to prove that you are the best candidate and a self-motivated sales executive.
- Strategy Development: Design and implement comprehensive sales and marketing plans aligned with organizational goals.
- Market Research & Analysis:Conduct market research to identify trends, understand customer needs, and analyze competitor activities to inform strategies.
- Campaign Management:Oversee the planning, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns, including digital (social media, websites).
- Lead Generation:Identify and target potential customers to generate leads for the sales team.
- Sales Activities:Conduct sales presentations, demonstrate products, negotiate contracts, and close deals.
- Customer Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong relationships with existing customers, handle inquiries, and identify opportunities for upsell and cross-sell.

Requirements:





- Proven background in luxury sales, with a strong ability to adapt to a non-traditional, inventory-less business model.
- Exceptional presentation, discretion, and professionalism required to conduct high-end appointments in clients' private residences.
- Ability to confidently articulate complex concepts, such as garment investment value and avant-garde Western-style aesthetics.
