Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced and responsible Restaurant Manager to oversee daily operations, ensure high-quality service, manage staff, and drive outlet performance. The ideal candidate should have robust leadership skills and experience in handling QSR or cloud kitchen operations.

Key Responsibilities





- Manage day-to-day restaurant / cloud kitchen operations
- Ensure food quality, hygiene, and SOP compliance at all times
- Handle team scheduling, attendance, and performance monitoring
- Train and guide staff to maintain service standards
- Monitor inventory, reduce wastage, and control costs
- Ensure timely order preparation and delivery coordination
- Handle customer feedback and resolve issues effectively
- Maintain cleanliness and safety standards as per company guidelines
- Achieve sales targets and improve outlet performance

Requirements

- Bachelor’s degree in Hotel Management or related field
- 5–8 years of experience in restaurant / QSR / cloud kitchen operations
- Strong leadership and team handling skills
- Good communication and problem-solving ability
- Knowledge of food safety and hygiene standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Job Type: Permanent

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
