We are seeking an experienced and dynamic HR Manager to manage and strengthen the complete Human Resource function for our Healthcare TeleSales Process at Omni Ayurveda.

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing the complete employee lifecycle, including manpower planning, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, attendance management, performance coordination, retention, training support, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have strong experience in BPO, TeleSales, Healthcare TeleSales, Call Centre, or Sales-driven environments and should be comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented organization.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for TeleSales Executives, Team Leaders and other process requirements.
- Plan manpower requirements based on business and sales targets.
- Coordinate interview, selection, documentation and joining processes.
- Conduct employee onboarding and induction programs.
- Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leave and employee discipline.
- Coordinate with Operations and Team Leaders on manpower and employee-related matters.
- Support performance management and employee review processes.
- Identify employee engagement and retention requirements.
- Conduct employee counselling and resolve workplace concerns.
- Monitor employee attrition and identify reasons for employee exits.
- Coordinate exit formalities and exit interviews.
- Support training and development initiatives for TeleSales employees.
- Ensure employees understand company policies, processes and workplace expectations.
- Develop and maintain HR reports related to manpower, hiring, attrition, attendance and employee status.
- Maintain a positive and productive workplace culture.




- Support management in implementing HR policies and organizational initiatives.

Ideal Candidate

- Experience: 3–6 years in HR, preferably in BPO, TeleSales, Healthcare, Call Centre or Sales organizations.
- Strong experience in high-volume recruitment and manpower management.
- Good understanding of employee engagement and retention.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to handle employee grievances and workplace issues professionally.
- Comfortable working with targets, deadlines and fast-changing manpower requirements.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and HR management systems.
- Strong coordination skills with Operations and Management teams.
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of HR operations.

Key Result Areas (KRA)1. Recruitment & Manpower Management

- Ensure timely hiring against approved manpower requirements.
- Maintain an active recruitment pipeline.
- Coordinate interviews and joining formalities.
- Reduce hiring delays and improve joining conversion.

2. Employee Onboarding

- Ensure smooth joining and induction of new employees.
- Complete employee documentation and HR records.
- Ensure new employees understand company policies and process expectations.

3. Attendance & Workforce Discipline

- Monitor attendance, punctuality, leaves and absenteeism.
- Coordinate with Team Leaders for attendance-related issues.
- Maintain accurate employee status records.

Employee Engagement & Retention

- Conduct regular employee interaction and engagement activities.
- Identify employee concerns and coordinate timely resolution.
- Monitor employee retention and identify recurring attrition reasons.

5. Performance Coordination

- Coordinate with Operations and Team Leaders regarding employee performance.
- Facilitate performance review processes.
- Identify employees requiring additional support or training.

6. Employee Grievance Management

- Handle employee concerns professionally and confidentially.
- Coordinate with management and Operations for resolution.
- Maintain proper records of significant employee issues.

7. Exit & Attrition Management

- Manage resignation and exit processes.
- Conduct exit interviews.
- Analyse reasons for employee exits and provide actionable observations to management.

8. HR Reporting & MIS

- Maintain updated manpower and employee databases.
- Prepare regular HR reports covering recruitment, joining, attendance, attrition and employee status.
- Provide management with accurate HR information for decision-making.

9. HR Policy & Process Implementation

- Implement company HR policies across the TeleSales process.
- Ensure employees are aware of workplace rules and expectations.
- Continuously improve HR processes based on operational requirements.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹55,000.00 per month
