Position: Senior Engineer – Maintenance / Engineer - Maintenance

Role Overview

An experienced Maintenance Engineer to manage end-to-end plant maintenance across sheet metal fabrication, CNC machining, coating lines, and plant utilities. The goal is to maximize equipment uptime, reduce breakdowns, and maintain optimal MTTR and MTBF standards.

Key Responsibilities:

- Oversee breakdown & preventive maintenance for Fiber Laser, CNC Bending, Turret Punching, VMC, Turning Center, CNC Router, and TIG/MIG welding units.
- Maintain surface coating setups (Liquid Painting, Powder Coating) and assembly tools.
- Manage critical plant utilities: Screw Air Compressors, DG Sets, UPS, and Electrical Panels.
- Track and optimize key operational metrics (MTTR & MTBF) to minimize production downtime.
- Manage critical mechanical/electrical spare parts and coordinate with equipment OEMs., Service vendors,



and third-party contractors for specialized repairs, calibration, and Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMCs).
- Oversee statutory compliance for plant utilities (boiler/pressure vessel safety, electrical safety, generator emissions, and environmental standards).

Requirements:

- Education: Diploma / B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical, Electrical, or Mechatronics Engineering.
- Experience: 5 to 8 years in plant/factory maintenance in a sheet metal or precision engineering unit.
- Skills: Strong mechanical expertise (drives, bearings, alignment), hydraulics, pneumatics, PLC/CNC controls (Fanuc/Siemens), and electrical troubleshooting.

Job Types: Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹28,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
