Travel Sales Consultant

We are looking for a Travel Sales Consultant to join our team in Manali. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, a customer-friendly personality, and an interest in travel and tourism.

The role involves interacting with customers, understanding their travel requirements, suggesting suitable travel options, preparing quotations, and converting enquiries into confirmed bookings.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer enquiries through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other communication channels.
- Understand customers' travel preferences, requirements, and budgets.
- Suggest suitable travel packages and travel solutions.
- Prepare and share quotations and itineraries with customers.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication with potential customers.
- Convert enquiries into bookings and achieve assigned sales targets.
- Coordinate with internal teams and travel partners to ensure smooth booking and service delivery.
- Maintain accurate records of enquiries, bookings, and customer details.
- Assist customers with pre-trip queries and basic travel-related information.




- Build strong relationships with customers and encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Stay updated about destinations, travel packages, and company offerings.

Requirements

- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional personality.
- Strong customer-handling and sales skills.
- Valuable negotiation and convincing abilities.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with WhatsApp, email, and MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Ability to work with sales targets and follow-ups.
- Previous experience in travel sales, hospitality, or customer service is an advantage.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a strong interest in travel sales are welcome to apply.
