We're Hiring: Senior Accounts Executive

Location: Zirakpur, Punjab
Experience: 4–7 years in accounts
Salary: ₹30,000 – ₹50,000 per month (based on experience and skills)
Job Type: Full-time

About the Role
We are looking for a smart, active, and experienced Senior Accounts Executive to manage our day-to-day accounting operations and lead a small accounts team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, proactive, and comfortable taking ownership.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage day-to-day accounting, bookkeeping, and ledger maintenance
- Handle GST, TDS, and other statutory compliance and return filings
- Prepare monthly reports, bank reconciliations, and MIS
- Oversee accounts payable and receivable, and follow up on payments
- Lead, guide, and review the work of junior accounts staff
- Coordinate with auditors, CA, and internal departments
- Ensure accuracy and timely closing of books

Requirements





- B.Com / M.Com / MBA (Finance) or equivalent
- Minimum 4 years of experience in accounts, with team handling experience
- Strong working knowledge of Tally / Tally Prime and MS Excel
- Good understanding of GST, TDS, and taxation basics
- Smart, energetic, and self-motivated with good communication skills
- Ability to manage a team and meet deadlines
