Taj Frozen Foods India Ltd. (TFFIL) is looking for a friendly, confident, and well-organized Receptionist (Fresher) to join our team. This is a great opportunity for candidates starting their careers to gain hands-on experience in office administration and front-desk operations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Greet visitors and ensure a welcoming front-desk experience
- Answer and direct phone calls professionally
- Handle basic inquiries and guide visitors/callers appropriately
- Maintain a clean and organized reception area
- Assist with general administrative and clerical tasks
- Support internal teams with coordination and communication
- Maintain basic records and documentation

Qualifications & Skills:





- Strong communication skills (verbal and written) in English, Hindi and Marathi
- Positive interpersonal skills and a positive attitude
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Willingness to learn and take initiative
- Good organizational and multitasking abilities
- Professional appearance and behavior

Additional Notes (Fresher-Friendly):

- No prior experience required – training will be provided
- Candidates with internship or part-time experience will have an added advantage
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month
