About the Role

We are looking for experienced GenAI Engineers who can contribute to the design, development, and deployment of enterprise-scale AI-powered solutions while working in cloud-native environments. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in Generative AI, Agentic AI, Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), cloud platforms, and Infrastructure as Code practices.

Total Experience: 8+ Years

Generative AI: 3+ Years

Cloud Platforms (Azure/AWS/GCP): 5+ Years

Terraform & Infrastructure as Code: 2+ Years

Mandatory Skills

- Hands-on experience with:
- Model Context Protocol (MCP)
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Generative AI
- Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems
- Strong experience designing, developing, and deploying AI-powered applications and solutions.
- Good understanding of Cloud Architecture with experience in:
- Azure (Preferred)
- AWS or GCP
- Basic to intermediate knowledge of:
- Terraform
- Infrastructure as Code (IaC)
- Strong debugging, troubleshooting, and analytical problem-solving capabilities.
- Ability to investigate and resolve issues across cloud-native and AI-based applications.
- Knowledge of Specification-Driven Development (SDD) and experience building solutions from functional and technical specifications is highly desirable.

- Work with agent orchestration frameworks such as:
- LangGraph
- AutoGen
- CrewAI
- Cloud & Infrastructure
- Deploy, manage, and optimize AI workloads on cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
- Design scalable and secure cloud-native architectures.
- Utilize Terraform and Infrastructure as Code practices for provisioning and managing cloud resources.
- Support standardization and automation of infrastructure deployments.
- Vector Search & AI Optimization
- Implement vector database solutions and indexing strategies.
- Develop MCP Servers for integration with AI agents and Copilot environments.
- Improve AI solution performance through model adaptation and fine-tuning techniques, including:
- LoRA
- QLoRA

Required Qualifications :





- Proven experience designing and developing reusable AI skills, including copilots, agents, plugins, APIs, and reusable AI services.
- Strong expertise in:
- Generative AI
- OpenAI Technologies
- Large Language Models (LLMs)
- RAG Architectures
- Agentic AI Systems
- Experience working with vector databases and semantic search solutions.
- Experience developing and implementing MCP Servers for AI agent integrations.
- Strong programming skills in one or more of the following:
- Python
- .NET
- Node.js
- Hands-on experience with Azure (preferred) or AWS cloud platforms.
- Experience defining and implementing AI evaluation frameworks using:
- RAGAS
- DeepEval
- Experience with model fine-tuning and optimization techniques.

Preferred Qualifications

- Experience building enterprise AI platforms, AI skill catalogs, or reusable AI frameworks.
- Experience developing Terraform frameworks and Internal Developer Platforms (IDPs).
- Experience standardizing Infrastructure as Code templates across engineering teams.
- Strong understanding of secure coding and application security best practices.
- Experience with monitoring, logging, and observability tools such as Splunk.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
