Role Overview

As an HR Intern, you will support the HR team in day-to-day people operations, recruitment, employee coordination, and administrative activities. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, people-oriented, and eager to build a career in HR.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist with sourcing, screening, and coordinating candidates during the recruitment process.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
- Maintain employee records, HR databases, and documentation.
- Support onboarding and joining formalities for new employees.
- Assist with attendance, leave, and other HR-related processes.




- Coordinate internal employee communication and engagement activities.
- Support HR in preparing reports, trackers, and presentations.
- Conduct basic research on HR practices, recruitment, and employee engagement.
- Assist with day-to-day HR and administrative requirements.

Requirements

- 6 months to 1 year of experience in HR/recruitment or a related role.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational and follow-up abilities.
- Basic knowledge of recruitment and HR processes.
- Proficiency in MS Office/Google Workspace.
- Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and ability to take ownership.
