ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

As a Project Leader at CryptoMize you will work with other team members to create and develop suitable project plans — proven methods, smallest time, least waste — and then lead the team through them:



goals set with department heads and managers, work distributed to the right members, schedules built and held. The leader’s judgment calls are project-related decisions made soundly and quickly enough to keep the team moving.

Team stewardship is a standing duty: onboarding, training and schedules that make new members productive fast; motivational leadership that gets the best out of people without burning them; and the temperament to handle member weaknesses as coaching problems rather than personnel complaints. Crisis management is part of the craft — engagements hit walls, and the leader’s composure is the team’s steering damper.

Leaders also carry the collaboration duty upward: working effectively with other project heads to align goals, dependencies and hand-offs across engagements. The leaders whose teams deliver and whose members get promoted are the ones promoted first — because a leader’s real output is the team.
