Title: Control Panel Manager

Location: Bangalore

Exp: 5+ Years in Control Panel Manufacturing / Industrial Automation

Qualification

- B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Electrical, EEE, ECE, Instrumentation, Automation Engineering Additional certifications in PLC, SCADA, Industrial Automation are preferred.

Engineering & Design Management Review and approve electrical schematic drawings, GA drawings, and wiring diagrams. Verify BOMs and ensure proper component selection. Coordinate with design engineers to meet customer requirements.

Ensure compliance with IEC standards and customer specifications. BOM & Cost Estimation Prepare and validate BOMs as per project requirements. Estimate project costs and monitor profitability. Coordinate with procurement for material planning.

Plan and supervise panel fabrication, assembly, and wiring activities. Monitor production schedules and project timelines. Allocate manpower and resources efficiently.

Conduct and monitor FAT (Factory Acceptance Test). Review testing reports and quality documentation. Minimize rework and quality issues.

Coordinate with Project, Design, Purchase, and Production teams. Track project milestones and ensure timely completion.

Support installation and commissioning activities. Troubleshoot panel and electrical system issues.

Lead and manage engineers, supervisors, technicians, and electricians. Conduct technical training and mentoring programs.

Participate in customer meetings and technical discussions.



Coordinate with suppliers and vendors.

Ensure compliance with electrical safety regulations. Maintain 5S standards across the department.

Salary Range

₹6 LPA (Negotiable based on experience and technical expertise)

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
